Iowa Employer Talent Acquisition Interviewer in CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa

Goodwill of the Heartland seeks to fill a Talent Acquisition Interviewer position at our Cedar Rapids Center. The talent acquisition interviewer is responsible for completing the initial interview process for non-management retail openings and entry-level mission services positions to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Interviewers will be conducting telephone interviews with the most qualified external applicants and ensure all internal applicants are interviewed using a pre-approved list of interview questions, evaluation and reference check process. They will recommend the top 2 candidates to be interviewed by the hiring manager, and assist in organizing recruiting events and recommend creative recruiting strategies to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified candidates.One year related experience required. Basic knowledge of EEO and discriminatory practices in hiring required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook required.The work hours of this position will be 8-4:30 Monday through Friday, and the possibility for some occasional evening and weekend work as well. Position could entail 6 or 7 hours a day making calls. Must pass child and dependent adult abuse and criminal history background checks. A valid Iowa driver's license and state required liability auto insurance is required. Pay range is $14.04 - $15.57/hour plus excellent benefits. Apply online only at www.workatgoodwill.com.
