          Description: This position would be partially a Homemaker role and partially a Patient Care Assistant role. When working the respective roles, would be paid that wage accordingly.

          The Patient Care Assistant, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, works collaboratively with the health care team to provide outcome-based patient care. The Patient Care Assistant observes and reports the patient’s response and progress to interventions.
