Maintain positive employee relations by creating a responsive, open environment and being available to team members to facilitate open and continuous communication; coach others on techniques used to establish and maintain positive employee relations
Hire, train and develop an hourly team; lead training, diversity awareness and employee relations programs for the facility
Coach other executives to ensure team members receive timely, accurate reviews; process wage increases and assists team members in interpretation of benefits
Coordinate and facilitate counseling and corrective action programs for team members; conduct training with partners to ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved
Assist senior leaders in planning, executing and tracking professional development programs
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills
Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience dealing effectively with employee relations issues; ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders
